INTRODUCTION: A patient visited our clinic with concerns about yellow, broken, and uneven teeth that affected both appearance and confidence while smiling. The patient wanted a complete smile transformation that would improve the shape, size, alignment, and shade of the teeth while also restoring proper function.

After a detailed clinical examination, a comprehensive full mouth rehabilitation plan was recommended using zirconia crowns for both the upper and lower teeth extending from the right first molar to the left first molar.
